Located in Plaza del Socorro (next to Puerta de San Andrés), the The City Wall Information Point is a must-see for anyone wishing to rediscover the city walls, as well as other monuments that we will come across during the tour.
It offers visitors:
- Tourist information about the city of Segovia and its province.
- Sale of tickets to events.
- Registration for guided tours.
- Wheelchair hire.
- Access to the La Muralla Information Centre at the Puerta de San Andrés.

The ticket grants access to the Wall Information Centre, located at the San Andrés Gate.
General admission: €2
Concessions (over 65s, students under 26, large families, residents of Segovia, holders of the ‘Amigos de Segovia’, ‘Sefarad Card’ and ‘Amigos del Patrimonio’ tourist cards): €1
Free: Wednesdays (except public holidays), children under 12, accredited journalists, accredited teachers, official guides, people with disabilities and participants in the ‘Discover Segovia’ guided tours.
Important
Visitors can purchase tickets and access the Wall Information Space up to 15 minutes before closing time.
The estimated time to visit the space is approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
Guided tours
Special rates for schoolchildren (up to Year 6 of primary education): €2 per pupil.
