Quintanar Palace

Header image

The Quintanar Palace is a multidisciplinary cultural center run by the Regional Government of Castile and León, created to offer a wide-ranging program in the fields of graphic design, industrial design, interior design, and photography. Throughout the year, it will host activities such as lectures, seminars, workshops, conferences, and exhibitions, always with a clear commitment to innovation, creativity, education, and culture.

The Quintanar Palace is a 16th-century Renaissance building, one of the most important architectural complexes in Segovia, a city designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The palace’s structure is typical of a Segovian stately home, built around a central courtyard—one of the most distinctive features of palatial architecture from that era.

The mission of this space, run by the Regional Government of Castile and León and based in Segovia, is to become a meeting place and forum for dialogue among designers, photographers, institutions, businesses, and the general public. The ultimate goal is to promote the culture of design and visual communication as tools for innovation and essential instruments for social and economic development.
