Plan your visit
Open from Wednesday to Saturday from 11:00 to 15:00 and from 15:30 to 17:00, and on Sundays from 10:00 to 14:30.
Last admission is 15 minutes before closing time.
Any time is a good time to visit the Puppet Collection, as it is never very crowded.
We recommend allowing at least 40 minutes to view the exhibits, watch the videos and/or listen to the audio guide.
The museum is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and on 1 and 6 January and 25 December.
On 5 January, 24 and 31 December, opening hours are from 10:00 to 14:00.

It can be reached via line 10 of the Segovia bus service. The nearest stops are Hospital de la Misericordia and Alcázar, which are 400 and 500 metres from the entrance, respectively.
Yes, there is a limited parking zone (O.R.A.) in the green zone, near the Puerta de Santiago.
It operates Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. It is free on Sundays and public holidays.
Alternatively, you can park in the APK2 Catedral covered car park, about 550 metres from the museum.
No, access is via stairs, which make entry impossible.
