Carlos Martín Crespo and Luis Martín García Marcos Gardens
Located in the area surrounding the former Church of San Agustín, these gardens are located on the site of an Augustinian convent, on one of the highest terraces within the walled city of Segovia. Their creation began in the 19th century with the construction of a viewing platform and continued into the 20th century with various urban improvements.
Following the military use of the land and the subsequent construction of the Polyclinic in 1946, the City Council landscaped the square with flowerbeds, privet hedges, a fountain, and granite benches. The space features 32 carefully arranged trees, including plane trees, horse chestnut trees, arches, and acacias, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.
A garden steeped in history, ideal for strolling and enjoying the views over the city.
